Usually whenever I’m notified of a WordPress upgrade via my Dashboard Administration Panel, I upgrade almost immediately. Almost all of my upgrades have gone smoothly, throughout the course of my usage of WordPress: even through lack of backups and a tendency to forget to disable my plugins.
